Synergy
Informationland has developed a unique approach whereby the synergy within
an organization is significantly increased. The approach involves the individual as well as
the team or section by means of work meetings and vital information streams. Quick efficient
knowledge maps are implemented at three levels: Organization level, unit or section level and
individual level (see Informationland’s Knowledge Map). These contribute to extended internal
communication and transparency. A specific approach, possibly based on an organizational
investigation (see Informationland’s Organization Meter) will lead to superior results.

Training
Informationland trains groups and teams in the areas of knowledge and
information management, creativity and innovation management, intra- and entrepreneurship.
Also we train on personal effectivity, and professionalisation, as well as the areas of
presenting, influencing, negotiation etc. On request we do tailor made training in target and
task driven areas like sales and client interaction.
The training of Informationland is an intensive experience of high quality,
that will have a lasting influence on the understanding and behaviour of participants.
Occasionally, they can be combined with coaching or consulting. Techniques which are used
during the training are among others, NLP, Time Line Therapy™, hypnotherapy, brainstorming,
workshops etc.

Coaching
Informationland is coaching managers and individuals, who need focus and
energy for a certain period, need to consider making decisions, or have a special task. The
very professional, but therefore also personal and creative approach with which
Informationland works, ensures a great chance for success.

or mergers. For coaching, Information-land uses (among others) the following techniques: NLP,
